This year’s Easter holidays belonged to our very first Easter camp. Over the course of three days, a group of passionate young players gathered in the gym of ZŠ Dubina in Pardubice, eager to improve their skills, compete, and enjoy a great atmosphere.
The first day kicked off with a short introduction and a game led by Honza, which got our blood pumping right from the start. During the morning session, players were divided into groups and rotated through four different stations, where they focused on developing individual skills under the guidance of our coaches. After the training, the first camp competition took place—the shoot-out. In this contest, players tested their shooting accuracy under pressure, and we could already see the first competitive emotions. After two rounds and averaging the scores, the top three players were:
Kryštof Pajer
Lukáš Majerík
Michal Majerík
On the way back from lunch, we stopped by an outdoor court where we enjoyed a light game of football in the sunshine. The afternoon program started with a fun activity to boost team dynamics. The game is called “Palermo Town,” and in our version, it features more roles than usual. Through intrigue and strategy, players decide who will last the longest in the game.
After that, we started the first mini-games, which brought surprisingly balanced matchups and great action to watch. At the end of the day, we handed out the first “Easter eggs” for performances in the morning challenges, evaluated by the coaches at each station.

The second day kept up the high tempo. The morning once again belonged to training stations, where players continued to develop their basketball and conditioning skills. This was followed by the second camp competition: the skills challenge. In this contest, we tested the players’ overall abilities—from speed and ball control to finishing accuracy. Everyone had two attempts to set their best time, followed by the semifinals. In the first semifinal, Michal Majerík faced Jonáš Bartheldi, while David Míča went up against Ondřej Hromádko in the second. Michal and David advanced to the final as the faster players, and after a very close battle, Michal came out on top—his shot dropped through the net just before David’s, which was still “dancing” on the rim. Ondřej Hromádko won the match for third place. After lunch, the players relaxed with a casual game of football outside and recharged for the afternoon session. This part of the day featured a team-based, light version of rugby, which brought plenty of fun, movement, and teamwork. The day once again ended with mini-games, where the players continued to show improving performances.

The final day was all about the grand finale and the culmination of the entire camp. The morning featured the last training stations, followed by a 1-on-1 tournament. Players were divided into two groups, competing for the top two spots that secured a place in the semifinals. In the end, the first semifinal matchup was Kryštof Pajer vs. Nicolas Sokol, and the second was Lukáš Majerík vs. Miki Sojka. Both games were very close, but Kryštof and Luky advanced to the final. In the exciting third-place game, Nicolas used his height advantage to secure the win, while Kryštof came out on top in the final. After lunch, players had some time to rest and recharge for the last part of the camp. The afternoon program started with dodgeball, followed by the final mini-games.
At the end of the camp, we announced the individual awards:
MVP of mini-games: Ondřej Hromádko
Hardest worker: Jakub Antoš
Most likeable player: Oldřich Vincent
Easter Egg Hunt winner: David Míča
Youngest participant: Daniel Vincent
The Easter camp brought the players not only improvements in their basketball skills, but also a lot of experiences, new friendships, and moments that both they and we will remember for a long time. Thank you to all participants for the energy, effort, and great atmosphere you brought to the camp.
We’re looking forward to the next events together!
